Oran Park Juniors will probably be starting up with mini teams and maybe a mod team (depending on numbers), so the need for a senior club will not be an issue for a number of years. By the time those juniors look to move on to seniors they may have a senior club in place. |

What is the likelyhood of them making people from Bargo play for Bargo?? My young bloke loves it at the Roosters and doesnt want to leave there, but we've been told there could be a chance we are forced to play for Bargo if they are granted entry... |

Water line is the boundary. It runs under St Gregs. Top fields are in the Wests JL, bottom fields in Group 6. |

Won't and can't happen mate.... They can't force a kid to play at Bargo if he is already happy at the Roosters Although i think that what will happen is if a kid who is residentially bound to Bargo wants to leave his or her current club to go and play for Bargo there SHOULDN'T be a problem to get a release as the only reason they are playing for other clubs is due to the fact that Bargo doesn't or didn't have a club at the time.... |

Don't you think Narellan has a broad enough area for local juniors Narellan jet. ? Why couldn't these players that play for new clubs such as Oran park be eligible to play at there first senior club of there choice for 2 points. Unless that club has a formed senior side by then of course. Then any further change Incures higher points. I don't think it's fair to give one side the chance to claim a whole area of players. |

Once you register with a club in the juniors you are considered to belong to that club. You could apply for a clearance to Bargo IF your son wanted that BUT no one could MAKE him go to another club. |

IF the Bargo club gets off the ground, they could register players that live in their "assigned boundary" IF they are not registered to another club. If there is a player that lives in Bargo's "boundary" who is registered with another Group 6 club but wants to play for Bargo they could get a clearance to play there. BUT for the first year after a club is established they can't take kids from other clubs who don't live in Bargo's "boundary". This is to stop a club forming on a whim because of a disgruntled coach etc and trying to take a team with him. This doesn't apply to Oran Park because they have already been established for 12 months even though the didn't field any teams this season. |

Bit of word getting around that Hindy (Nathan) is thinking of having run with the Dragons next year. I know our coach is good mates with him and has been talking to him about it. He even mentioned it on Channel 10 news on Monday night. What a coup that would be for both the Dragons and Group 6 to have an Australian rep playing . Add Geddes to the coaching ranks of the Dragons and things are looking way better than this time last year. I have spoken to a couple of players that didnt play with the Dragons last season and they have said if Hindy and/or Geddes are on board they will be back

Rusty you guys stole him from the us back in 1991, you won't get him back that easily this time without a fight from the Spuddies! Would be great for the Dragons and G6 to have him running around down here in 1st grade again.... but I'd reckon it's a pretty long shot that it would happen. His body is fairly busted after 15 seasons in the NRL! |

Any new signings for any group 6 clubs? Toa Asa is being heavily chased by the Glen Whiteman coached Appin Dogs. Apollo is set to return to The Oaks after a stint at Mounties in 2012. |

Don't like Whitemans chances of getting Toa playing.... the reason he left our club is because he was playing 1st Grade Rugby Union for Penrith Emus on a Saturday and then backing up and playing 1st Grade for us on the Sunday... It was very hard for him to get to training etc so he decided to just focus on his Rugby Union... he is a very good footballer! |

Its a very strong rumour. Coach was having further discussions with Hindy this weekend. So something may come of that. As you say, would be brilliant for Group 6. How are spuddies shaping up for next year? I heard you guys might be trying to get out of 2nd Div. Any truth to that? |

Will Narellan be allocated them as 2 point players, The Group EO had a lot to do with Oran Park forming and he is an old Narrellan boy
