A lot of smoke and mirrors down Mossy way, no Whiteman no Geddes? What have they got? I'd be chasing the core of the 2010 playing squad not imports. Where did any previous quote say that Geddes was coming as a player? All that was said was that he has agreed to terms. And that is from the horses mouth. Jetter seems to know alot about what is and isnt going on in other clubs. Must be on alot of committees
Whiteman is still keen on the Mossy job and only held discussions with the President of the club on Saturday, so there seems to be a bit pot stirring on here from a few

So what role will Geddes play Rusty?
Whiteman to Appin is on the money, bulk of ESA squad beaten in the ICC are to follow him to the club, Jetter was on the mark.

brad hollywood hopkins has signed with oakdale on 150 a win but seeing as though hazelton is at the helm of workers there will be more losses then wins so looks like half a star will be stuck with peaunuts just like 2nd division england
skando has made himself available to help coach at narellan one night a week and with every sunday tigers arent playing.
ben baker has made it clear he is not a jetter from now on in
jamie scizzerbanik is also in between negotiations at oakdale not sure if this is a hazelton move though.
oakdale have lost long time clubman pez with a move to the oaks to join brother. word is this was a hazelton move which means an oakdale loss but a leo dinivar gain.

i heard reeves has put aside the top job at oakdale for the time being with 2 other clubs offerering him being 'mossy and a group 7 team' but in the mix of all this does this mean jason hazelton will get top job priority at oakdale, gee hope not
That is nonsense. Reeves has got the job but has his little lucky doing his dirty work of poaching the players he needs to get Oakdale like Benny Barba Baker, Reeves is a smart man and why get clubs offside when he knows Hazo isn't too popular, especially at the Eagles, hey why not grab a couple of Eagle Boys which i hear he has done already, so no he won't be going to Mossy for 30 Grand or traveling to Group 7 especially with a bad back that he has.
jetter what eagle players has hazelton lured over
He hasn't talked to anyone!! Well not that he is letting on Kevin McGuinness has signed with Narellan!! Who said the internet or this forum isn't a powerful tool. He was buoyed by the belief he was wanted, knows a few Jets boys and next thing he is signed. Glen Whiteman is NOT at Moss Vale, but has agreed to coach Appin and get them back to First Grade. He has plenty of contacts and will bring a few players.
That's great to have Kevin McGuiness back playing in Group 6. Him and Gallant will be a real handful.
Who has Kevin played for in Group 6 BD? I know Ken appeared for both Thirlmere (went to Newtown after 10 games) and Narellan (disappeared during a semi final against Picton) but I have never seen Kev play in Group 6 only the Illawarra Comp. Great coup for the Group, I hope all teams could get at least one name player it would certainly boost the profile even more of Group 6, Campbelltown Eagles have also helped by claiming the Clayton Cup. Kev played for the Roos and was a great person to get the Roos back into the 1st Grade Group 6 after 30 years in exile! Seeing X Grade players running around in Group 6 highlights the strength and profile of the competition! All positives here!

Joel Roberts from geringong lions is playing for mossvale in 2013, this could be the biggest buy in group 6 for the 2013 season with roberts being easily the stand out player in the group 6 competition under coach mick cronin.....

Seeing X Grade players running around in Group 6 highlights the strength and profile of the competition! All positives here! Thanks BD, an earlier post mentions he played one game, that's not really playing in Group 6 though, he played the rest of the season in the Illawarra comp if I'm not mistaken.
Great to see ex grade players, always creates interest, look at the Canberra, Newcastle and Illawarra comps although they have a heap more money.
As I said before it would be great if every club could secure at least one ex grade player.
Obviously only rumours until confirmed through the club but McGuinness at Jets, Geddes at Mossy, Flanno was at Oakdale, Dynover at The Oaks it's a good start.

Must be on alot of committees Whiteman is still keen on the Mossy job and only held discussions with the President of the club on Saturday, so there seems to be a bit pot stirring on here from a few
Everyone ran with the notion he was playing......but there was no quick denial from you or anyone from Moss Vale. Agreed to terms...what does that mean? He could have agreed to pop in one day when he is down horse riding one day, or become coach??? Pretty wide extremes. If Whiteman is still interested in coaching at MV then Geddes isnt in line for coach, maybe specialist coach??? Fill us in rusty I talked to my mate Benny Barba Baker over the weekend, his happy to have a look around and might even try something new other than Group 6, wants a bit more than what he was getting at Narellan and Narellen letting him know that this is what you'll get and thats it, I'm a bit dissapointed that he may not be a Narellan Jet next year but love the thought of Gallant being there, would be good if he stayed, with Kevin, Gallant and Baker we would have the fastest backline in Group 6

And the romours are going around that Reves has pulled the Pin on the Oakdale job handing it over to Hazelton, again my connection, put it together said Hazelton was happy to do the Rep side only. Where are you TC?

TC and rustynails...sounds like you guys are on Committees and are quick to jump on us that aren't on committees. You both are in a position to dispell what is said on here but are reluctant to set the record straight. Is that because what we have learnt is true and not good for your club, or you don't know what we obviously do know?
