have read so much about Ben baker on this forum over the last few months. Out of curiosity, has he played at a higher level then group 6? (genuine question, not me trying to be smart)...I dont know a great deal about his playing history and wonder why he isnt playing at a higher level. He seems to be highly regarded on here as a talented player...
He is 70kg soaking wet.He is extremely fast, good on his feet and in open space. Doesn't like getting tackled... He and the Eagles will benefit from his presence, but not the game breaker that this forum makes him out to be.

Game breaker is exactly what he IS. I don't know the guy at all and couldn't care less about 90% of the discussion about him on here. But as to the question of his talent, he's one of the best, if not THE best individual attacking player I've seen in the last five years or so in this group.

Kiama 9s next week i hear the Eagles are taking a squad down, hopefully Baker plays and sets the comp a light in his new colours, 9s football will suit him and playing along side Dunley can see some points being scored :correct: Great spine the Eagles have in Hoare,Dunley,Baker will be very hard to contain.

Moss Vale Dragons reward loyalty
http://www.southernhighlandnews.com.au/story/1295731/moss-vale-dragons-reward-loyalty/?cs=264

MOSS VALE Dragons showed their appreciation to long term sponsor Ivan Mackay Motors last week.

The Dragons presented the team with a plaque of appreciation with Ivan Mackay Motors sponsoring Moss Vale for the past 25 years.

Ivan Mackay Motors were also upgraded from bronze to gold sponsors which means they will have a jumper sponsorship on this year's jerseys.

Dragons president Greg Maloney said it was a "big occasion" and thanked Ivan Mackay Motors for their continued support over the years.

"I'd like to thank a very special long term sponsor of Moss Vale," he said.

"We felt we had to do something to acknowledge them, the Dragons have many sponsors.

"Maloney said both the club and the community were grateful for their support and they would also be acknowledged at the first match of the season.

Along with the rest of the sponsors, Ivan Mackay Motors will be publicly acknowledged when Moss Vale Dragons take on Mittagong Lions at Community Oval in the first game of the season which will also be Nathan Hindmarsh's first game for the Dragons.

Ivan Mackay also expressed his appreciation of Moss Vale's thanks."I appreciate that. It's very nice," he said.

Whispers around that Dunley not happy at Eagles....did he cost the club a little extra to stay for 2013??? The tips out of Waminda have slowed to a trickle but there are still leaks in the plumbing hahaha

Awefully quiet at the moment with the Eagles boys and girls under media restraint. I thought any headlines were good headlines for the media conscious PR person who was always available for a quote. Either that or the storms cut the internet connections for said person who works under many aliases

That's all your hearing is whispers Pastrami, things never change, you should worry about yourself and let our club members run the club, Dunners has given our club 4 years of great service and I'm sure this year will be one of his best!

We have 2 teams traveling down to the Kiama 9's this weekend, 9's footy will give us a look at a few new players.

Next week on the 9th of March our 1st Grade team will travel to Bathurst and play Bathurst Saturday night, and enjoy a good bonding session after the game I'm sure!

And our season Launch will be on Friday night the 15th March at the Bradbury, you should come pastrami, it's only $20

Our clubs sponsorship drive has done extremely well and we would like to welcome our new sponsors for 2013 season Jarrads Autos, PRW Windows, NSW Freight liners, Ace Ohlsson Produce, M and M Truck Bodies, MacArthur Podiatry, Jetset Travel and Mr Rental it.
