Group 6 make and change their own rules, how can 2011-2012 Eagles juniours be counted then in round 4 2013 they are not??? How the hell is that? It's just a way of saying go away your not wanted anymore and that is as low as it gets, 75 players are left out of the game because of BS made up off the cuff new rulings to just deter the club, it's absolutely outrages I hope Ray Hadley gets wind of it and phones management asking why??? zzzzzzzz all this east c'town garbage is quite boring

What a bloody joke.
So would this apply to Kangaroos aswell though?
The junior club is Campbelltown City Kangaroos, seniors are Campbelltown Kangaroos.
Maybe it's because the kangaroos don't have people running the club acting like pork chops antagonising the group over every decision up until now. I feel for the players but maybe they need answers from the people who got them into this situation. 2 competitions and 2 very sour relationships with the governing bodies. What is the common denominator ???? hear hear!!
There are 9 other senior clubs and 6 2nd division clubs that seem to do get along with Group 6 Management, what makes Eagles the odd club out?
Clubs do have issues and don't always agree with each other or management, but they don't go off to court when things don't go their way.

Why the need to change the players points for this season then.
Never was a problem until Hazo got a job at group 6.
Sounds like sour grapes to me.

City think their safe but once they get to strong their day will come to, whether city conform or not it can't be rules for one not the other. East lose their juniors why aren't City this shows predudace towards the Eagles it's just so wrong.

That's what I want to know.
Does this rule also apply to Kangaroos?
(Nothing against the club or Orana. Genuine question)

Not only you guys over your points but you are playing 25 players per game
As TC said..... do the maths and you can get players on the field. Most sensible people when confronted with a problem work out a solution, but Eagles make a bad situation worse and as you say all 75 players are affected.

We're a team that's been together for a long time so why would we want to just give when we have worked hard to build our club and team by the rules that applied the last couple of years till the last few weeks ... We have been forced into this by the group and blind freddy can see that they don't want us there because we're to strong for there liking ...

Narellan got us 35-34. Couldn't believe when the jetters player kicked a field goal when they were up by 2 to make it about 25-22. It was the difference at the end though.

Talking about points, as I have stated previously there are other clubs in Group 6 who have questionable player points. Maybe TC can enlighten me on some of the points that have been allocated to players at his club. There are at least four players, two who have played with The Oaks club within the last three years and two who had played with Narellan last year but these players have only been allocated 10 points, why is that? They should be 25 point players. There are others that are questionable as well. Just to put my mind at rest TC could you please explain the points these players ( and I think you know who they are) have been allocated.
Simple mate. you can negotiate with the releasing club to get them reduced to 10 points. Some players are asked not to return by clubs, some clubs are not disadvantaged by players leaving, sometimes its a straight swap. It's unfortunate it has to be like this, but sometimes you have to barter. I know I have. I know exactly who you are talking about, and one of The Oaks players actually should be 2 points, not 10. His first ever club was Oakdale, i'm in the process of trying to get him reduced, but for now he is 10 points and I am wearing that. Obviously you are trying to poke holes in us, nice quick way to lose any allies you may have had, and possibly a reason why you're not going to get the same hospitality that has been afforded to us.
As far as I know TC there is no provision for what you are describing in the Points rules. As for poking holes and losing allies, I simply asked a question, I hope that was not a veiled threat. You have answered my question and that is all there is to it. I believe that if there are any concessions made to a club, the rest of the clubs should be aware of them and the reasons behind it. There is a Group 6 General Committee who should be making decisions on these matters as has been done in the past as you would be fully aware. I would like everything to be open and transparent, which it is not and this is another example of how this point system has turned into a huge joke.
Your not familiar with the points system by the sounds of it
Very familiar with the points system mate. Well you should of known that one. But I guess we just make our own rules up at Oakdale. Just like wearing the wrong league safe shirts.

a few years back when i was on the Blues Committee we had 5 players sign up from 2 different clubs at 25 points.
We spoke to the two clubs and got three down to 10 points 1 stayed at 25 and the other 2 as we proved he was once a jnr. At that time Horsefield was there and we had no dramas could have changed since then though.

If eagles stay in the comp this year 2013 premiers for sure. No doubt about it. But they would much rather someone else win the comp this year lol.
Go you mighty eagles such a strong bunch of blokes who wont let something like this cone between them, especially hazos phone calls to dunners and bakes alrready trying to sign them lol, they wont be leaving east ctown because they love the club
