Good numbers at the titans training ..there looking fit and strong the trainer has got them going ..the boys this year will be getting payed for a win..the boys will be playing in the kiama nines in march
the is going to be strong in all grades..seniors will be going again to the gold coast for there trip away...so if there is any players looking for a good coach and trainer i would go down and become a titan...

A bit of news for everyone, I pulled this article off the www.juniorbulldogs.com.au website. This is the Canterbury Districts website for their teams similar to Wests sporting pulse website:

Sydney Combined Competition (SCC)
The Sydney Combined Competition (SCC) is the new name of the merged competitions for Sydney based districts replacing the ICCC.

Canterbury-Bankstown Junior League will be taking part in the SCC from under 15's through to A/Grade.

Under 6's to Under 14's will operate under the CBDJRL banner.

Since joining the SCC for under 15's to 17's in 2011 the Canterbury-Bankstown Junior League has in fact experienced an increase in sides for those age groups.

The season will commence on Sunday 7th April 2013 with the last round to be played on Sunday 11th August 2013 with no football to be played on the June long weekend. All competitions will be a Top 4 format.

All Judiciary and Board of Management hearings for the SCC will be held at Sports House in Homebush. All Under 6's to Under 14's Board of Management and Judiciary hearings will be held at Lakemba Services Club.

In the advent of ground closures for matches under the SCC banner all measures will be taken into place to transfer matches across to available grounds within the SCC associations.

U15, U16, U17: Canterbury-Bankstown, Balmain, South Sydney, St George, Sydney Roosters.

U19: Canterbury-Bankstown, Balmain, South Sydney, St George, Sydney Roosters, Western Suburbs.

A/Grade (Open Age): Canterbury-Bankstown, Balmain, St George, Western Suburbs.

Please note that there is a chance for an Under 21's competition.

How does one of the biggest junior clubs in sydney not manage to field senior teams?

I have heard that quite a few player have gone to try their luck in group 6 with City and some at appin. I suppose that would have some impact, if its true.

Not true big pete. We've got 5-6 ex-ESA trialling with us, but most of our guys are home grown blue & gold.

fair enough orana, was not implying that they were poached or anything of the like. I suppose if you take those 5 or 6 and add the ones that might be at appin that a fair amount.

Cant blame them really.

ESA can't pay them, other clubs can though as they have that luxury. When they get offered pocket money that will buy them alcohol for example they are not going to say no, especially when they are young and like to party.
