The next 5 weeks will test All Saints to the max with 2 key players being selected to play for the Australian Defence Force Side to play in England. And 2 other key players are off to America for 5 matches. The depth is there to replace them with some good reserve grade players, but then that reduces the Reserve Grade strength where the difference between 4th and last is just 1 point. :cstars:

Come down and support your local sides with 3 games of great footy being played at Hillier this weekend.
We are fast becoming known as a well run competition, with some good football being played. :winner:

The only thing missing is crowd support. Come and see for yourself what Saints are made of when our 1st grade take on Berala Bears, who have proven to most, they are the best 2nd phase play side in our competition and tough to beat on any day. :correct:

Hillier Oval, Sunday

1st Grade 3pm V Berala Bears
res Grade 1.30pm V Minto Cobras
3rds are away but a great u/19s game is scheduled With Liverpool Catholic Club taking on Greenacre Tigers @ 12 noon.
Plenty of local teams on display so come on down to watch and support them.

3rds 1.10pm Away V Riverwood Legion (at Riverwood)

Everyone saying about loss and gains from one comp to another, but NSWRL is the controlling body and if EAgles are not financial, so this means paying group 6 everything owing to them, the club is non financial and will not be allowed to join any other competition until they are. Funny how people change their attitudes about clubs when they think their is a gain for themselves. I also heard that players that had payed the rego to eagles have had to fork out another payment to clubs they have gone to play for?????. If this is true pretty poor by the club they come from.
Main thing to come of all off this is as long as the players are playing rugby league is all that matters, shame that was not the first thing all people involved thought about.
Not true, we have never charged Rego's for our Seniors!
are under 18s classed as seniors at your club BD??

I think TC stated in a reply to me on the G6 forum that all responsibility for rego cost's transfer to the club the person or persons transfer to, and the original club does not pay this cost. So all the 18s fees would then have to be worn by your club and not Eagles. But please check this with the powers to be.

I have been told by parents and players that the 18s did payed rego and the club still has that money as no rego has been paid to crl for them .'''I myself think those people should be reinbursed as those players have to pay rego twice bit unfair on them and their familys..

Two All Saints boys were selected to play for the Australian Defense Force Rugby League side to play England over the next few weeks. Kerod Andrensek and Phillip Samuelu were awarded their jersies by Tim Sheens today.
Best of luck in your quest to take down the poms. :winner:

All SCC games cancelled this weekend (apparently too much rain on city fields and not enough grounds to replace them) :cstars: :cstars: :cstars:

It wasn't Wests, it was a couple of the city districts who had torrential rain yesterday and the rules now allow for a change of venues only if enough venues are available. :dunno:

I agree the rule still needs more tweaking and people need to make more of an effort in relocating the venues, but the weather doesn't look to flash here today anyway. :correct:

Just drove past Hillier 40 minutes ago looked fine to me, I'm in Guildford now and it's pretty good. I've played in worse weather than this at Robertson.

Dw doggiesgirl Blue Devil would be the last person trying to make a profit from Registrations he's loaded lol. By the way I have been told another round this week unfortunately has been washed out which makes you wonder when it is raining why don't games get moved to alternate grounds with better drainage such as NRL venues or even training grounds like Belmore Oval???
