The aim is to get everybody back here again and talk themselves up, promote their clubs and players.

WEST SIDES are growing again and the sky is the limit :winner:

I can't believe only 4 games are left till the finals, we should be able to replay our games that were washed out if not all at least 1. It's not that hard to have a nightgame.

I don't disagree with you Moody, but that wont change "this year"
The SCC is still evolving so we can only hope the powers to be can offer more options next year.
Example 1 The long weekend where no games are played to be kept as a spare for this sort of thing.
Example 2 Extend the comp by a week and have a spare weekend before the finals allowing for catchups and or playoffs.

I think it would be unrealistic to replay a whole round mid week, but not impossible. Remember the competition starts at u/13s up to A Grade.

P.S slight error in the paper, there are 5 rounds left :correct:

Thank god it's 5 games, a spare week or round is an awesome option Mav I recently read that the ODI cricket games in the West Indies had a spare day just in case it rained and they ended up using it as it did. Some of these councils but particularly in the city do overreact with rain and fields.

The depth of All Saints A Grade will be severely tested this weekend when we take on 2nd placed St George Dragons with no less than 6 regular 1st graders unavailable for various reasons.
Although we will field a depleted side we are still quietly confident our depth is strong enough and the boys playing will still do the job
St George were in last years Grand final and have 'Bulldogs" Josh Reynolds as their assistant coach.

Sunday 14/7

1st Grade will play at 3pm, Clempton Park, Kingsgrove.

Both Reserve Grade and 3rd Grade will play at home, (Hillier Oval)

3pm Reserve Grade V Renown. Renown also are in 2nd place and we need a win to keep our finals hopes alive.

1.30pm Reserve 2s V Ingleburn RSL in a local clash that both sides need to win to keep their hopes alive.

I must give my best wishes to Nathan Alvaro who will have a shoulder reconstruction this Saturday after last weeks clash with Bass Hill.

I heard Valley got beat today against Titans? All Saints only with the win in A Reserve 2 today getting up 34-14 against Ingleburn RSL, it was a great team performance with positive attitude and enthusiasm getting them home.

Not a great day at the office for All Saints today

1sts went down to St George Dragons 14-22 in one of the most physical games I have seen all year.
with only a about 2 mins to go, we were down 14-18 when we charged a ball down that if had bounced favourably could of seen
us score with nothing in front but the bounce went wrong and St George finished off with a last minute try to seal the game.

Reserve Grade showed some gutsy play and with almost the same sonario, down 18-20 against 2nd placed
Renown and a dropped ball when attacking the opposing line in the last few minutes saw Renown run the length of the field to score under the posts and seal the game.

But our Reserve 2 side held the flag high for us today, defeating Ingleburn RSL 34-14 to keep their finals hopes alive.

Well played by all, there were many hero's today. :worship:

The attitudes by res 2 was outstanding being 10 -0 down
Before we knew it but the boys put in for each other
Going into halftime 12-10
Keeping them scoreless most of the game was great to see the
Effort pay off

Weekend of upset's, not only did we get beat, but the undefeated St Christophers got smacked 46-16 by ESA in Reserves. How about a report from somebody at ESA.
