Is the KO nine a side again this year or can the teams get something beneficial from it. Disappointing the Jets won't be rolling out their pack but if nine a side I can understand not wanting to risk anyone |

The Campbelltown City Kangaroos RLFC had the privilege of having current Australian coach Tim Sheens attend training on Tuesday February 24th. Sheens was the premiership winning captain of the City club’s last Group 6 1st Grade premiership win in 1983, and was honoured to return as a guest coach for the evening. Tim put the players through their paces, coaching the intracacies of their ruck plays and offering the wisdom of thirty-four seasons of coaching experience. City chairman Brian Brown made a special presentation to Sheensy- a collage of images from his time at the club. Sheens, touched by the gesture remarked, “the 1983 season was the only premiership I ever won as a player, and was one of my most enjoyable”. Sheens accepted the role of Club Patron, and commitments pending, has promised to visit a few more training sessions or games during the season. Club sponsor Rashays Campbelltown hosted a dinner in Sheens’ honour following training, with the great coach regaling sponsors with many footy stories. |

The group six possibles squad is a real joke, not saying any of the players on that list arnt worthy of being there but to say at the meeting that they were enforcing everyone to play or suspensions would occur was rubbish. Players left out include: -Donny Thompson -ray cashmere -Bryce Gibbs - drury low (if he has actually signed on at jets) -Frazier -manu asoava - jake dooner There are plenty more that atleast deserve a mention in possibles squad. What does everyone think? |

Well we are well known for splashing cash, doesn't mean we went any harder to secure brads services. I'm not involved in money so I don't know the ins and outs of player payments. |

Was just about to mention this I think they probably should have waited till atleast after round 1 to see who is in and out for each club considering they aren't naming the team till April !!! |

Everyone is jumping at shadows. The players that the group has selected are the players that are currently registered. All the players that everyone is mentioning are currently not cleared in the system or registered. |
