Larter at mittagong
We played a team mixed of Reggie's and firsts tonight and will be better for the run once some key players return. Groat and kite debuted for the club. Mittagong showed they won't be easy beats this year. But playing thorpey in halves may take him away from his very potent hooking position.
Narellan tried it on tonight with some unsportsmanlike tactics that just arnt in the spirit of the game. Everyone loves tough footy but certain players have zero class and are more interested in getting the crowd offside. The oaks handled them well and led 16-6 and seemed to be doing it easy before taking some quality players off for spells.
Appin have some quality across the park with Gibbs making his debut. Looked trim too. Flanno off the bench and weh were solid. Oakdale have a very sharp halfback and lumpy was a standout.
Good night of footy to kick things off Well summed up cockpit. You are correct about Narellan, same old tactics.

Taco, you are talking out our ring hole again mate, name the 'thugs' or slip back into your ballet dress, obviously you got a touch up in past years from the Jets and seek retribution by the keyboard
And Dogman, Josh Reynolds, Mick Ennis and your own Bryce Gibbs have worn the 'grub' tag, so careful who you tar with that brush

Won't ever say a bad word about Rocky Trimarchi because he is a hard footballer not a thug. Sadly Narellan have been full of cheap shot merchants last few years and Fraser looks like another of that batch. Nothing tough about late hits, king hits, squirrel gripping or eye gouging. Check the clubs judiciary record for proof of my comments

I think that might explain why people criticise your football club on here. The baffling thing for me is it continues to happen despite almost 100% player turnover and coaching changes

Can you enlighten me with facts and figures? Or do you rely on hearsay?
A 100% turnover is a bit far fetched even for you

Players only get sent off when playing the jets because refs like to square things up. If you go to a Game with Thirlmere Picton or similar you get hard football without sin bins and rubbish. And what ever the figures say they should be even higher but refs too scared to penalize or sin bin certain players. But in all honesty the team you fielded last night had a low number of locals and from what I heard the 2 teams you fielded today at the oaks had very little locals as well so again everyone will be wondering about he jets and their points in 2015. Even with the rediculous decision to change the outside area player points to 5 which will suit a club like narellan who like to overhaul their roster every season.

Well they can wonder as much as they like.... as I said before the points are there for all to see so definitely have a look next time you are at a Jets game
And it's abit like the pot calling the kettle black coming from you, from Thrilmere
