The final was 6-6 between Picton and Gymea with the Gorillas being crowned champions for scoring first.

Naturally. But, all credit to Gymea. They're an excellent team and although it was a draw, they deserved the win. They were a small side, but very mobile and rugged. Had some of the best scrambling and smothering defence I've seen.

Kleiny will have to adjust the budget, G6 KO will help this Friday though :correct:
Little wonder the Carlton League is eyeing off the stronger Cronulla teams to increase teams in the ICL.

Couple of questions
What was your guys grading?
So i assume as per the normal, they have been stood down until the hearing?
Thirlmere had 2 sent didn't they?

TC I can't go into depth yet until the hearing , Ours is next week as we were not in the knock out final.
Thirlmere had 2 sent off, unsure about their hearing . I think by the look of it Groat took the early plee but the other guy has to face judiciary .

He could get a medium grading and with a clean record and an early plea miss no weeks.

Looks like Picton will be coping a fine for not turning up to the season launch!

I'm pretty sure they were told it was at Rosehill races, Rob. Miscommunication.

Interesting to see Rob, $2000 for an early forfeit in a round 1 pre-season competition - snubbing the competition season launch at the groups major sponsons venue by the 2014 premiers and 2015 pre-season comp winners surely will carry a hefty fine??? Probably not though!!!!

Good point. I'd say the Bunnies deserve a massive fine. Written warning will suffice for Picton.

It was $1000 bucks. Did each player demand $50?? Haha
