The committee are making a mockery of themselves, to let that rubbish excuse stop them from suspending a player who blatantly head butted another player get away with it because they can't be bothered chasing the referee reports. Cashmere said he was retiring after 2014 season and then played again so how serious were we meant to take his 2015 retirement? I know I didn't take it seriously and knew he would be back in 2016. Yet throughout the year other players copped suspensions for stuff that was barely an offence. Cashmere would have blown up if Gibbs didn't receive a suspension for the King hit.... Head butt in the same class for me.. |

The GF send offs were raised at the Club's forum. The issue had nothing to do with Group Management. CRL- wide protocol was not followed due to match day officials failing to submit the necessary paperwork, so all 1st Grade send off players walked. We had 4x U/18A send offs and all fronted, as did the 2x Camden U/18A players. |

I don't care about protocol, commonsense goes a long way. There is video footage of all incidence and it could be easily handled now. It's not fair that refs decided to be lazy in the last game of the year and not do what they were meant to do the players get away with it. I know it suits your club that this happened but it's a disgrace. |

In defence of the refs i did see them enjoying a mad monday following the GF at Cupcakes n Coffee cafe. Some had up to 3 lattes lined up and they were playing their favourite whistle games |

Seriously would we expect anything more out of group 6 referees - they are below poor!! Yet they received 50% pay rise in 2015?????? |

Any signings Rob? As Orana wrote even one name, of note, would be great for the forum. Any other signings during the Christmas / New Year period apart from Cashmere? Payney how is Mossy going I saw you have resigned a couple of your best from last season. |

Rob, I'm hearing you only have 10 players training for 1st and reserve grade. Gibbs has gone to Wollongong and I'm told the rest of last years team has left. Do you have any replacements or will you run around in 2nd division. |

Gibbs has gone to Wollongong as he doesn't want to play in group 6 because of his treatment last season. We have had 7 1st graders retire from last seasons team and lost 5 to coal league . We are still trying to build for 2016 season and we will see how the numbers go. |

Who didn't see this coming. Threw all your cash at players for one season, now the payments aren't the same the players gone elsewhere. |

Wrong! We still have the same budget as last season. The issue is the coal league are offering double the money as group 6 clubs and we suffer as we are on the boundary. Also players retiring hasn't helped, but that was always going to happen. That's why we are concentrating on building u18s. |

Your on the outskirts of ctown. West comp don't pay their players and no offense to city but they weren't Attracting the names that you had at your club last year who obviously ddnt play for the love of the club. If you can't get a team in first grade someone isn't doing their job. You could buy half a team for what you paid flanno Gibbs and woodo last year! |

Hey Rob, who are the 5 that went to the Illawarra comp? Good to see someone posting on here, any other signings further info? I see some teams have been posting their trials on Facebook. Anyone know the teams playing in the Bush vs Beach? Apart from Picton obviously. |

Too big too soon When you have to buy a team, you're better off aiming your sights lower in the talent/reputation pool. These guys generally give more back to the club and stick around longer. Add to that a sprinkling of talent and it makes for a happy club |
