![]() Arguably the most uniquely gifted athlete ever to compete in professional wrestling, Rob Van Dam can do things that no other wrestler can do, has done or ever will do. RVD is also known as "The Whole F'n Show," because ECW fans feel seeing RVD wrestle is alone worth the price of the ticket. Rob Van Dam's one of a kind offensive arsenal includes Rolling Thunder, The Van Daminator and the mind-blowing Van Terminator. Distinguishing himself from other wrestlers by exhibiting his martial arts skills and uncanny flexibility, RVD first gained fame inside the squared circle of ECW. Rob Van Dam and Sabu were both trained by Sabu's uncle, The Sheik and had a tenuous relationship that resulted in epic extreme battle with one another and two ECW World Tag Team Championship reigns. In fact, at one time, Rob Van Dam was a co-holder of the ECW World Tag Team Championship and The ECW World Television Champion simultaneously. RVD held the ECW World Television Championship for a record-breaking 23 months and his championship reign was ended only because Rob Van Dam broke his ankle and was forced to relinquish the championship. Since signing with WWE in July 2001, Rob Van Dam has been equally impressive, racking up two World Tag Team Championships, a WWE Tag Team Championship, and six WWE Intercontinental Championships which saw RVD unify the Intercontinental Championship with the WWE Hardcore Championship and WWE European Championships before retiring both of those titles. As successful as Rob Van Dam had been, he entered WrestleMania 22 still known as the greatest wrestler never to have held a World Heavyweight Championship. However, RVD won the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 22 for the right to challenge the WWE Champion. RVD then cashed in his championship match at ECW One Night Stand on June 11, 2006 and defeated John Cena for the WWE Championship in an Extreme Rules match. Rob Van Dam vowed to re-christen the title as the ECW World Title. On the world premier of ECW on SciFi in June 2006, ECW Representative, Paul Heyman finally awarded Rob Van Dam with the ECW World Title that had eluded RVD for over 10 years. Rather than throwing down the WWE Championship, RVD chose to wear both belts because the ECW World Title is the greatest achievement in his career, and WWE Championship amuses him because "it spins." A few weeks later, however, RVD lost the WWE title to Edge and dropped the ECW World Title to the Big Show when Paul Heyman betrayed RVD and refused to count in his favor when acting as a referee. ![]() Randy Orton has teamed up with Edge in recent weeks in an effort to dethrone D-Generation X, but even before that he had killed some of the biggest legends in sports-entertainment. Being a third-generation Superstar, Randy Orton's arrival in WWE was seemingly inevitable. After all, he was practically raised in the business that both his father and grandfather excelled in. It's no wonder he has quickly ascended to the higher echelons of the RAW roster and eventually became the youngest World Heavyweight Champion ever. Part of that success can be attributed to Orton's use of his finisher, the RKO. Orton has shown the ability to hit the lightning-quick, high-impact move out of nowhere and at virtually any time -- confounding opponents who are beaten before they even realize what has happened. In April 2002, he began his WWE career with an appearance on SmackDown. A few months into his rookie run, an unfortunate injury put him out of action. Refusing to sit idly on the sidelines, Orton continued making appearances on WWE television, going as far as attacking targeted Superstars with his crutches and giving fans constant updates on his medical progress -- whether they wanted them or not. Upon returning to active competition in May 2003, Orton was instantly recruited by Triple H to join with the legendary "Nature Boy" Ric Flair, and the Animal Batista as part of Evolution. Orton captured his first major championship on Dec. 14, 2003, defeating Rob Van Dam for the Intercontinental title at Armageddon. He held on to the championship for an impressive seven months. Priding himself as "The Legend Killer,'' Orton has finished off the likes of Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter, Jake "the Snake" Roberts and hardcore legend Mick Foley. Orton also displayed no fear and no respect when confronting legends such as Harley Race, asserting his claim as the true legend of sports-entertainment. At WrestleMania XX, Orton teamed with Flair and Batista to take on the reunited Rock 'n' Sock Connection (The Rock and Mick Foley). Orton delivered the RKO to Foley, enabling his team to emerge victorious. At the Backlash pay-per-view later that year, Orton added Cactus Jack to his list of "killed," pinning Mick Foley in a bloody and memorable Hardcore Rules Match. But Orton's meteoric rise to WWE stardom came too fast for some. When Randy capitalized on an opportunity at SummerSlam 2004 - defeating Chris Benoit for the World Heavyweight Championship -- it didn't sit well with Evolution's leader. The very next night, Triple H arranged a vicious beating for his former stablemate and banished him from Evolution. Independence, however, only made Orton stronger and bolder. When Triple H threatened Orton and demanded that he "hand over" the title, Orton just spit in his face. He then went on to "kill" one of the greatest legends of them all: 16-time world champion (and his former mentor) Ric Flair in a fan-selected Steel Cage Match at Taboo Tuesday. Orton was put on the shelf with a shoulder injury until he was drafted to SmackDown in the 2005 Draft Lottery. Orton was more focused than ever on burying the Legend of Undertaker. First, Orton interfered in the Phenom's No. 1 Contender match with JBL and caused him to lose. It was clear this rivalry would not just go away, so the two met in a grudge match at SummerSlam. During the match, an unidentified man distracted Undertaker long enough for Orton to hit the RKO and pick up the big win. The man then revealed himself to be none other than "Cowboy" Bob Orton. It didn't stop there, though. The Ortons raised money for the "Undertaker Retirement Fund" and held a mock-funeral for Undertaker's career, but the Phenom turned the tables and got in the Ortons' heads this time as he sat up inside the casket that was in the ring and cleaned house. The Ortons then faced Undertaker in a Handicap Casket Match. Undertaker had the advantage, but the Ortons were too much to overcome. After picking up the win, the Ortons chopped a hole in the casket and poured gasoline into it. Then they callously lit the casket on fire. But Undertaker wasn't inside when the flames were extinguished. Having effectively killed the legend of the Undertaker, Orton moved on to try to recapture the World Heavyweight Championship. When Mysterio won the Royal Rumble and a spot in the main event at WrestleMania, Orton saw an opportunity. He was able to push Mysterio's buttons he finally snapped and put his world championship opportunity on the line at No Way Out. Orton won and took Mysterio's WrestleMania main event spot. But General Manager Theodore Long did not approve and made the World Heavyweight Championship Match at WrestleMania a Triple Threat Match. When Orton, Rey and champion Kurt Angle met at WrestleMania, it was Rey that emerged as the new World Heavyweight Champion. Orton and Angle were both determined to get another crack at Mysterio, but when the two men met in the first round of the King of the Ring tournament, Angle took out all of his aggression on Orton with a series of devastation Ankle Locks and ultimately broke the young Superstar's ankle. Orton was out for several weeks, but now that he is back he's as determined as ever. Source: WWE.com FINISHERS RKO Super RKO ![]() ![]() ![]()

![]() The Deadman has overcome every challenge he's faced in his WWE career en route to becoming one of the the greatest Superstars in WWE history. From the moment his signature gong fills the air, WWE fans are captivated by Undertaker's mere presence. The Deadman from Death Valley is usually a man of few words, but can often intimidate even the toughest WWE Superstars with one glance. His somber persona has been a terrifying trademark of WWE for over 15 years, and no list of WWE all-time greats can be considered complete without Undertaker. Ted DiBiase introduced him as part of his "Million-Dollar Team" at the 1990 Survivor Series in Hartford, Connecticut. His dark and somber persona and often sadistic mind set have been his terrifying trademarks. He has taken on WWE legends, WWE Champions and even the WWE owner. How dominant has Undertaker been? Look no further than his record at WrestleMania, where he is a perfect 14-0. Undertaker won his first WWE Championship on the one-year anniversary of his debut, defeating Hulk Hogan for the WWE Championship at Survivor Series. At that point, Undertaker was undefeated in his career. Undertaker would eventually lose the WWE Championship back to Hogan, in a controversial match a week later at Tuesday in Texas. Still, despite the loss, Undertaker put together quite an impressive won-loss record. At WrestleMania alone, Taker has defeated Jimmy Snuka, King Kong Bundy, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Giant Gonzales, Triple H, Ric Flair, Kane and Diesel among others. In between the championship reigns, Undertaker has been a WWE mainstay. He's battled all the greats -- from Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior to Yokozuna, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock, proving to be a bridge from yesteryear's WWE to today. Who else could kidnap Stephanie McMahon, Tombstone Linda McMahon, attack Shane McMahon and walk out on Vince McMahon and still be thriving years later? The Undertaker has also been at the forefront of some of the most original matches and concepts in WWE history. He is the innovator of Inferno Matches, Casket Matches, and, of course, the famed Hell in the Cell. In fact, Undertaker was Mankind's opponent in their renowned Hell in a Cell Match at King of the Ring in 1998, where Undertaker threw Mankind from the top of the demonic structure. Undertaker is also one-half of one of the most historic rivalries in sports-entertainment. For close to a decade, Undertaker and his half-brother Kane have been trying to destroy each other, highlighted by two memorable WrestleMania matches, both won by Undertaker of course. Undertaker has spent time with both RAW and SmackDown!, but he is currently terrorizing the SmackDown! roster on Thursday nights. Amazingly, the Deadman hasn't lost a step. ![]() Brought into the WWE by Daivari, The Great Khali's intimidating frame has caught the attention of everyone. Hailing from India, The Great Khali stands at an impressive 7 foot 3 and weighs 420 pounds. The Great Khali has walked the jungles of India unafraid of pythons and wrestled White Bengal tigers. Daivari claims that The Great Khali has "stared into the abyss and the earth trembled at his gaze." One of the largest athletes the WWE has ever bared witness to; The Great Khali stands to be a powerful force and a threat to every member of the SmackDown locker room. Some examples of his dominance: In a May edition of SmackDown, as JBL's hand-picked opponent, The Great Khali defeated World Champion Rey Mysterio with ease in a non-title match. At Judgment Day, The Great Khali shocked the world by defeating Undertaker with ease and sending the WWE legends future into question. At Saturday Night's Main Event in July, The Great Khali and ECW's Big Show sent Khali's enemy, Undertaker, through the announce table with a double-chokeslam. Days later, the two monsters repeated this attack at ECW on Sci Fi at the conclusion of a match between Big Show and the Phenom. The Great Khali and Daivari were responsible for bringing the most barbaric match in WWE history to The Great American Bash: the Punjabi Prison Match. Khali was slated to battle Undertaker in this contest until SmackDown GM Theodore Long replaced Khali with Big Show, following a backstage ambush by the two giants on the Deadman.
