I've been watching LOTR this weekend and when I do that, it tends to take over everything I talk about. So please be patient with me. It will pass in a day or two! The scene where Sam is cooking and says they need a few "taters" is one of my favorites for some reason. It got me thinking... Why do some people LOVE french fries, but hate a baked potato, or mashed potatoes? That doesn't make any sense to me. But we're all different. I love potatoes and I've never had them prepared in a way I didn't like. I'll eat them boiled, grilled, mashed with just butter, or mashed with garlic and chives. Baked with sour cream, butter, bacon,and cheese. I like them stew and soup. And yes, french fries with ketchup or cheese or chili and cheese. Well you get the idea :) Do you love potatoes as much as I do or are you one of the people who think french fries and potatoes are two entirely different foods? |

| I LOVE any kind of potato other than mashed/smashed/creamed what ever you call em.. I call mushed! Don't like that at all. Or baked potatoes because I've never tried one.. they stink. Any other potato is a wonderful thang, and I'll eat em any day of the week, twice on Sundee! Though I'm not putting chili or cheese on em. That's just gross! |

| I don't mind any kind of potato really but some are better than other not to keen on just a baked potato to me it looks a little sickly when its bursting with melted cheese. Can't beat some nice fries that are crispy on the outside then soft on the inside. |

Mcdonalds chips can be kind of horrible if they have zero salt on them. Does this happen to anyone else while they are waiting just after you order you see them putting in a fresh batch of fries and you know your getting the first ones straight out of the frier and this is whats going on in your head. |
