Today is the first day of fall!! Even though it's 95 degrees as I'm typing this, it means relief is on the way! I HATE summer. But to be fair I thought I would list the things I like about this hot,sticky,creepy-crawly critter laden season. 1. The toilet seat isn't cold in the middle of the night. 2. Uh...yeah, go back to #1 cause that's just about it. Fall and Winter are the best times of the year IMO and I wish it would stay that way all the time. But this isn't a perfect world. Autumn leaves are just stunning and the air feels cleaner and it's cool enough to sleep at night. I also like the clothes better and it doesn't stay daylight until 10:00 at night, so it's a little easier for me to wind down. I guess you can tell by now that I'm celebrating the coming days. What about you? Are YOU celebrating the Fall or mourning summer's long overdue demise? Either way, HAPPY FALL EVERYBODY!!!!

Im happy because Halloween is just around the corner :) i don't mind autumn and winter though winter in the UK sucks most of the time we get more slush than snow usually. I do like a winter morning when the sunny is out and and the dew is still fresh and it is quite cold feels really refreshing. I have to disagree about the seat though a cold seat is awesome i hate one that is a little warm. |

I didn't even think about Halloween!! My birthday is the day before Halloween, so yeah, that's another thing I like! :) Slush is no fun. Last winter was awesome here. Snomaggedon and all that!! Cold toilet seat would be okay for me in the summer. :) |

I think one of the reason I love Autumn so much is because it's a very rare thing. You get like two weeks a year, and that's it! But yea, I like it. I'd have to pick winter as my favorite season though. There are several things I enjoy about each season. If I have to work outside I prefer summer. Seems like it would make the work harder (and probably does) but it just seems right for some reason. Spring is cool cause by that time I'm ready to thaw out. I try to be happy no matter the season, but it's so much easier in the fall, and winter. |

| I agree we don't have much Autumn and winter is by far my favorite. I don't want to work outside no matter the weather lol! But what you said makes sense. It's been that way for generations. You work your butt off outside all summer to get ready to settle in for the winter. I try to be happy too, but for some reason, like you, I'm just a more pleasant and contented person when the temps are low!! :) |

I enjoy working outside! Carpentry work, or landscaping.. something hard like that. I re-shingled my house once, and I really enjoyed it! Towards the end of the year though.. you have the Holidays, and tons of Birthdays in my family (including mine : )). And even though Christmas drives me crazy! I still look forward to it every year. I love Christmas music, and food, and just the overall change that happens during that time. There are always tons of good games that come out around November too!! It's sort of like the year gets it's second wind. Things start picking up again. |

| I'm like that about the holidays. They drive me insane, but I always look forward to them!! Last year we had a white Christmas. It was fantastic!!!!!!! |

| Spring and Fall are my favorites but we only have a couple weeks of each it seems. I hate winter and I don't like summer. And unlike Justin I think I prefer working outside in the Fall, its cool and you get to crunch around in the leaves the whole time. |
