Ouch! I damaged my back around five years ago and that was painful, but breaking it in three places? I can't imagine how much that would of hurt. |

| It was no fun! But the brace I had to wear for 6 months was worse than the actual breaks. |

| A back brace? never heard or seen one of those, you poor thing. How are you now? with back problems they tend to not go away I still have problems with mine from time to time. |

It looks and feels a little like some kind of ancient torture device. It was a t-shaped metal thing that went from just under my chin to right above the pelvic bone. The other bar was curved slightly and went around the waist. Very uncomfortable! I'm okay now, but yes, I still have problems with it,too. I was told by the ortho-surgeon that I would have problems for the rest of my life. I don't think anyone ever completely recovers from any back injury. The upside is I can sometimes predict the weather lol!
