Hi Jason, Delta claims they are the best, novus says the same about theirs, yours is the best, How does one figure out which is the best without the knowledge. My funds are limited and I can't make a costly mistake. Yours seems the most reasonably priced. Thanks Michael, oceanside, ca |

michael, thanks for posting on our forums. thats a good question. what i know of and refer to as novus style injector is a unit with a simple triangle bridge, that uses a metal or plastic injector (which actually does all the work) which screws in and goes over the repair, and usually has a rubber tip which touches the glass around the pit of the repair. resin is then injected in under low pressure, and using the idea of displacement, air comes out of the repair and the resin "falls" in with the help of gravity. delta also runs on displacement, similiar to the original style of repair. with their big name, they are commanding any price they want for products. injectors with a bridge cost $300, and i even see one going without the other for over $150, which one does no good without the other. my complete injector, including bridge is $95, and i now also offer a novus style unit with a rubber tip for $95 for those who prefer that style. there is one small advantage of my unit vs the novus style setup (of which delta is very similiar) and that is the use of orings on the glass. orings allow more pressure before bursting. this allows for a repair to go faster, and allows a bigger repair area to be done. another advantage we have is that our distributorship is a small one man operation. i dont require, nor to i ask the same profit margins that a big company with a full time, full service staff with secretaries answering the phone asks. i am the walmart of windshield repair injectors. i offer them for a low price, and i dont ask $300 for something that cost a fraction of that to produce. in fact, my living is not even dependant upon this part of my income, as i do windshield repair and interior repairs full time. price is a big reason people buy from me, and i am now the largest windshield distributor on ebay. look at this link below, and see a cheap bullseye maker that i sell 2 for $10 that they sell one for $16. it just takes more money to run a nice company and have a website like theirs. if you dont mind navitaging my forums or emailing me with your product requests, then you can save a good bit of money. http://www.deltakits.com/products/11/713/ thanks so much for your interest, and remember there is a section on these forums for tech support after the sale, so be sure to take full advantage. jason |

No one is the best! actually, we have to check first to decide which one is better. in my experience, maybe this time you do good, but next time is not sure! ___________ Windshield Repair |
