I don't think the board would need any more mods "P

Back on track:
I apologize if these have been mentioned, but I didn't see them...

Zelda mini Classic (It's an even tinier port of Game & Watch, but still...)
Zelda Game Boy Camera (gold-colored GB Camera with original content, only 2000 made)
( [size0]Actually this brings up the whole concept of special versions of hardware like the Zelda Triforce Nintendo DS Lite, etc., etc., etc. ... And I guess also the special gold versions of the carts. Although only the camera has original content...)
and finally
Twilight Princess Preview Trailer DS (a preview trailer for the DS released at E3 2005)
(And if you're into canonical trailers with original content there's always the Spaceworld Tech Demo for OoT, but this is probably the same level of officialness as the BS remakes here...)

Another possible cameo game worth mentioning (although I have no idea what the connection might be) is the game called "Kororinpa." Maybe it's just a common Japanese expression, but I always thought Tingle was the only one who ever said that...

Of those mentioned above I only have the Spaceworld Demo (or an .avi of it anyway)

EDIT: Oh holy crap this thread is old. Sorry, I thought it was Dec 15 2008. I suppose the future December date should have tipped me off, huh? Wow. I've been in the library too long...

Actually, considering some of the possible changes needed to be made to this list it may have been a good idea to bump it.

I wouldn't know too many of the specifics though - except that if we consider every videogame which had a Zelda cameo, we may have to add-in programs like Satellawalker 2 (Which featured the beat-up, decayed BS Zelda and AST "tents")

What's "Satellawalker 2" and was there ever a "Satellawalker 1"?

Looks like it was a BS game where the player wandered about in a ruined version of the Satellaview overworld and post apocalyptic versions of various popular games. The game would ask the player trivia questions. Are there any stillshots we have of the Zelda-related portions of the game?

As far as Satella Walker 1, from what I gather there was such a thing, but apart from Sate Bou wo Sukuidasu! (AKA Satella Walker 2) nothing's been dumped. I guess there were also 3 versions of Satella Walker 2 called "Bottom de Battle," "Mokumoku Kemuri Panic," and "Machi no Heiwa wo Torimodose!" (again none of which have been dumped...)

I'm sure this is only a partial understanding though.

The Trivia questions are apparently related to the games as well - but my lack of Japanese stkills renders me unable to do much on these.

Danke. That's very cool.
I wonder who the little green chu with the satellite dish protruding from his head is.

I think that's the "Loading" mascot... he appeared in a few other videos I've seen...
I'm officially retired from beta testing, and resign my duties to those who have the time to do it.

Ah.
Hey this is changing topic but going back to something I had mentioned earlier. Has anyone here played Kororinpa: Marble Madness? I would like to hear from someone who has played this fantastic looking game what the tingle connection is if there is one. I'd buy it off ebay, but this game is a bank-buster.

Kororinpa is not something Tingle came up with. Is a Japanese word much like our "abracadabra". So Tingle telling not to steal it is in fact a joke.

After all, how could a reference to Tingle exist in a game released before Majora's Mask?

I believe he's literally meant to be a cartoonified Satellite Dish.

And the floating red monitor is meant to be a cartoonified Satellite.

And since I have nothing to go on with the townsfolk, I'll assume they're based on either St. Giga Staff or Radio Personalities, much like what most of the "new" characters in a BS edition of a game are.

Cool. Thanks, Duke. I can stop tying to sneak bids at ebay then.you just saved me a good $30-40 (my really upper end price range).
