Where'd that Princess go?

The problem, as with Roto and DN, is that we never find the bodies... Yum, yum...

Hey guys I was wondering this: on the BSLOZ page, one of the ideas is to have a second go through I was wondering if this is still an idea considering we have both quests now? Oh and is hex editor the way to go for working on the roms? Or is there some tricks I might want to know if I were to dive into THe BSLTTP this summer? |

Well maybe. Depends on what proves more feasible, to have you go into Map2 upon clearing the first or to replay the first with certain advantages.
Uh??

Making the game jump right into Map-2 when you beat Map-1 would be ideal... but it is the same problem as merging the four weeks of AST together. If we could do that, well that would be perfect. And I think Chief was talking about AST as that "BSLTTP" game.

Definitely the timed events and heart pieces--many of those are still a bit vague and/or incomplete. The later dungeons were also very iffy--I remember completely rewriting dungeon 6 at least twice when I was halfway through because I found increasingly better ways to solve it, and without walls there were any number of ways to go through it. And then with the walls patches I had to rewrite it (sometimes fixing things yet again when an improved patch came out). Having said that, it wasn't my first walkthrough, I wrote Dungeon Magic and Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder years earlier but never published them because they were incomplete and I lacked the interest to finish them. In both cases I was again (at the time) the first to write any sort of guide, so there was little to go by. Having said that, linear beat 'em ups are pretty simple compared to free-roaming action-adventures, especially when you add timed events and missing walls to the mix. <_< Having other guides to double-check details from really helps, and moving to a wiki implementation made everything easier too. It means I can make a half-start on things without feeling guilty about leaving it unpublished.

We've been over that. Just use the save state for week one we provided and the problem will be solved. |

Althena77 ~is~ in the Hall of fame, under the "Grateful credits" section. Third name down. |
