I saw the part of the site that regards relinquishing all of the site's files upon demand from Nintendo. At first that kina scared me, but after the fight-or-flight response died down, I realized it could actually be a precursor to a miracle: an official Nintendo re-release! Nintendo isn't losing dime one from the availabiliy of these ROMs and they know it. If anything, the availability of these ROMs could be resparking [or even sparking new] interest in this, one of Nintendo's finest franchises: Zelda! Why else would they want to pull the ROMs?! Right now, it's gotta be somewhere on there priority list between determining the actual ratio of cotton to polyester in Sonic the Hedgehog's shoelaces, and reviving Stanley the Bugman (remember DK3?)

Actually... that disclaimer is mostly to save us from any kind of legal issues that could arise from hosting the files as well as the games.

Though if Ninty DID decide to upload to the VC the BS Zelda games, then we would remove the games.
I'm officially retired from beta testing, and resign my duties to those who have the time to do it.
