Ok, so I patched the rom with the translated patch that's from August 2010, that was the last patch if I'm correct? I also read about some hacked items were accessible?

I think that's the correct patch. As for items, there seems to have been a lot of them. You can find a list of 25 of them them in The BS-X Translation thread (in Japanese). GlitterBerri translated an item list from text extracted by Vehiek here. Then most recently Kiddo posted many SRAMs containing new items here.

Basically there seems to have been a great number of items related to specific Satellaview games (I seem to recall a Bass Fishing magazine, SatellaQ related items, and a secret club membership to let the player access a casino game), then there were items like train tickets to let you ride the train, various frogs and items that could allow the avatar's gender to change, a teleportation device to allow the avatar to warp faster above-ground, various types of food to feed the fish in the sea, and finally a few pegasus-boots-like items to let the avatar run above-ground. (Note: I'd also caution against using the term "mascot/mascotte" to describe the avatar since the Satellaview's actual mascots were Parabo and Satebo, not the boy and girl that feature in BS-Zelda. Those are just player avatars).

The Hero of Light is called from his sleep by the goddesses

Sleep? In theory the BS-X avatars are supposed to be living out their lives in the BS-X town. Or is this a reference to how by the time the 64DD was released, the Satellaview had shut down (at least, I think it had)?

When Ganondorf was sealed in the void of the realm

So this would be after the end of OoT, right? Except that being this a time travel story everything gets "rewinded to the beginning" is that so?

Also I'm not pulling the MQ approach to things, as there is going to be quite a bit of new content

Oh I know that, I only meant storywise.

Hyrule Castle

Temple of Light

Can't wait to see these two in particular :)
The bottom of the well is still going to be integrated into being Hyrule Castle's sewers, right? From which you must escape rather than simply being escorted out by Impa? (As it supposedly was going to be before they decided to make it into its own dungeon).

Ah wait... maybe not since Hyrule Castle is listed after Jabu Jabu (and not between Deku Tree and Dodongo's Cavern).

Also as for playing as the mascotte, that is still being decided and wondering if its even possible to get the game to allow it.

And will it also still be possible to play using Link, even if the dialogue refers to him as the hero of light from another world? (You know, like we have a patch that changes the male character in AST to Link, although the story mantains that he has left Hyrule).

Anyway, did you receive the letter I sent you Zeth? (I sent it to the email address you used to register on this board). I'm asking because lately Con has had difficulties receiving letters I sent him.

Or is this a reference to how by the time the 64DD was released, the Satellaview had shut down (at least, I think it had)?

They overlapped by something like 8 months, but that was really because St.GIGA was acting on its own. The 64DD did come out 6 months after the last broadcast of a BS Zelda game, though, which was the last thing Nintendo had to do with Satellaview broadcasts. So it could be a reference to the fact that the Hero of Light has been shut down.

I suppose technically, the land of BS-X was never really shut down. It just got very very lonely as all of the buildings closed for good and the only NPC that remained was the talking tree (who probably would have left too if he hadn't been rooted to the ground). Kind of depressing really. This BS-X town idea Zeth is talking about cheers me up.

Maybe the twon could be deserted at the start of the game but everyone would be back in the end, for some reason?

Probably more to do with the fact that the game begins with the character asleep, ala pretty much every other Zelda game (and, obviously, OoT, which this game is based on).

oh and if you can plzz ajust the story at the end of oot so you can play as young link at the end exept everyone knows your link instead of the maskottes like link NOT getting traped and continuing his adventure as young link.

P.S i realy dont like the idea of not playing as link at the end (story and gameplaywise)

Woah..! I understand the sentiment dude, but you shouldn't get so worked up, it's bad for your health.

Anyway, if I'm not completely mistaken on this, the hack will be applied by patching the original game. If that's the case, it should be easy enough for Zeth to make an alternate patch that keeps the original models for Link (or an additional patch that restores them) if people request that.
Rewriting the story two times, once to expand that of Link and once for the BS-X avatars would be much more time consuming however.

Oh and on a side note,

why are you on this board in the first place?

Don't get me wrong, you are certainly free to think like that, there's no rule against it, but it seems you are opposed to everything that is BS Zelda... or are you only interested in the first BS Zelda patched to play as Link (dismissing AST in which Link is said to have left Hyrule)?

I do have to ask you to try not to double post though, we've got an edit button for a reason.

You do realise as well, megaboy, that this Ura Zelda project isn't a real Zelda game, it is just a fan project it can be whatever Zeth wants it to be. If it doesn't suit your tastes, no harm no foul, it doesn't have any impact on the actual Zelda series after all.

Also just some good news, we got some work we are doing, and we may possibly found a way to allow MP3's to stream in place of the midi sequences in OOT. :D

This is true. We get something like a 5 to 10-minute window to edit and then the editing option disappears. What I usually do if I need to edit something 30 minutes after posting is to copy the original message, doublepost with the old message + the EDIT, and then delete the old message. Thankfully the delete option stays viable forever even for us newbies.

Mh, I was pretty sure the time limit was a bit more generous than that. Closer to 20 minutes or something. I shall look into it.

Why not just enable edit all together without a time limit? <.>;
