You're welcome. Although for a Zelda game a paintbrush would be silly. :P

Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.

Where'd that Princess go?

Given what's in the games that HAVE been released, I'd prefer to see an Oracle of Secrets fangame being made, with a book as its main item.

At one point, I was actually involved in such a project. We were setting the game in Hyrule (probably a mistake really) and the plan was for the book to unveil secrets related to the five senses (having to add chapters for each of them, much like you have to get each season individually)

I came across a (very) short demo of an Oracle of Secrets game where the Book of Secrets was supposed to look like (and I suspect actually BE) The Book of Mudora. Sadly it only went up to the part where Link first meets the game's oracle (in this case Farore) while she is entertaining the local animals. Unfortunately the one who made it never intended to go any further than that, for reasons I don't know.

*The Thread Necromancer*!!!! :stalfos:
@Lancaster: I suppose you are right about it being rather awkward for a Zelda game... ;)

Also, can you give us the URL of the demo in question, even if it is brief, it would still be worth seeing, (at least I think so)... & yes: the Book Of Secrets=The Book of Mudora!! LOL

@Duke Serkol: Oracle of Secrets WOULD BE NICE, although I would rather change the name to "Oracle of MYSTERIES", (to avoid confusion with Oracle of Seasons)!!

I would definently like to see BOTH an Oracle of Secrets/Mysteries, & an Oracle of Colors game(s) made by fans!!

I wonder what it would take to create MULTIPLE LINKED ENDINGS?!

I mean, they allowed you to choose between Ricky, Moosh, &/or Dimitri, depending on choices you made earlier on, so is THAT an example of "bad storytelling"?!

I think NOT!!

& the linked ending was SUPPOSED to be played differently depending on which game you played first, so... there's really NO EXCUSE for what happened in the linked ending that we got... :head explodes: :bomb:
My Viewpoints

"Nothing you can say will ever convince me that the Zelda, Link & Impa of OOTURA, ALTTPGBA, SC2, BSLOZ, & OOX are different characters, or that Link isn't part Kokiri, FOR SOME Zelda Universes and that the mangas aren't canon FOR SOME alternate realities."

Pardon me. My short term memory loss kicked in again, lol.
But here's that demo, which I think could have been cool if completed. Also, if you play through the demo a 2nd time you can spawn heart containers and rupees with the B button, lol.
