Who agrees with the idea of accept women priests? I see no problem at all with it. I mean, why not? We are all made in God's image, aren't we? :D |

I don't know why women can't be priests. I don't see any problem there being some, either. ^_^ |

It was because the Church were originally sexist against woman a long time ago and now it's seen as a tradition that men are the dominant players of the mass. I personally don't see a problem with women priests, although the Homily (speech about life and the things in it, sort of) that the current priests make are humorous and entertaining, and I'm not trying to be sexist but I think they're better at making jokes than every single one of the nuns I've met. |

Whoa... talk about Necromancy(resurrecting of dead topic). But perhaps that's what this forum needs. Anyways, I see no problem with priestesses. I can see where October is coming from, but I'm thinking that's just the ways nuns are supposed to comport themselves- they aren't all serious-ish. |
![]() We rode on the winds of the rising storm, We ran to the sounds of the thunder. We danced among the lightning bolts, And tore the world asunder. "Knowledge is a weapon. I intend to be formidably armed." <taurnil> Something freakin hilarious happened in my chemistry class today <taurnil> i was asking my teacher about the origins of the element "europium" <taurnil> i said "So, where does europium come from?" <taurnil> my teacher gives me the most confused look ever, and then slowly says "i don't have any opium" <Snausages> So, an E-flat, a G-flat, and a B-flat walk into a bar. <Snausages> And the bartender says, <Snausages> "I'm sorry, we don't serve minors." <Myke> That struck a chord. <Snausages> Careful with those puns, you'll get in treble. <Myke> But they're key to my humour. <Myke> And very noteworthy. | |

Not many of us here are very religious, so most everyone isn't going to have a problem with it. I mean, if a woman wanted to be a priestess, then we're all perfectly okay with that. XD |
