Basically what the title says. Have you ever completed the Pokedex in one of your games? If not, how close are you? I've never finished one, but I'm probably the closest in Crystal version. In Emerald, I'm training and catching more Pokemon, so hopefully I'll get close someday. =D I'm semi-close in Sapphire, too, at least the Hoenn dex. |

I'm moderately close in Emerald, I think, because I went on a dex-completing rampage. But besides that, I don't concern myself with "catching 'em all" so much as battling. :3 |

I did in Yellow, last year, but my data was deleted sometime around 12/21/06. Waaaaaggggghhhh!!!!!!! My heart was so broken I haven't even tried to get it back up. |

No :[ I wanted to complete the pokedex in in Emerald, but D/P was nearing its US release so I decided to wait. Now I have Pearl and as soon as I finish off the E4 I can catch 'em all! lol |

Whoah nooooo. Meh, I hate catching pokemon. I just train what I have. I like to battle and train (for battle and contests) more than catching. Uhmlol, but I don't like either, battling or catching. When available, I try to run from all battles, and just go with the plotline. I do like contests, though. |

Action Replay is the cheap way but it doesn't give you that great feeling like you've done something great :D But no, I haven't completed the Pokedex. I don't have anyone to trade with and only get one game from each pair[like for Gold and Silver I only have Gold]. I wish I could D: |

I tried real hard in Diamond, and I got around 320. Out of 493, that's pretty good. Now, in Platinum, I focused on battling and training my team than catching Pokémon. Crystal and Ruby, not even close. |
 My sort of experiment...
