How you get a forum like this and code it?

How you get a forum like this and code it?; um i have an invastionfree forum but

It's considered stealing. So you can't make a forum exactly like this one. However, if you want to make your own skin, you'll have to draw out graphics and edit the CSS. If you don't know what that is, LissaExplains.com has a lot of things you can learn. ^^

I think they have some stuff for generating simple skins, too. ^^

To edit the skin you go to the styles section. There's a good guide here: http://uk.geocities.com/iftuts
