Happy New Years, everyone!! =D It's not quite 2008 yet here, I still have another two hours or so. Anyone making any New Years resolutions that they want to share? =) I need to think of some. Hmm. I remember, very faintly, staying in a hotel with some family friends a long time ago for New Years... I think it was 2000. We're not going anywhere for New Years this year... we got together with a bunch of people at this cabin a few years ago, that was fun. ^^ |

Happy 2008, everyone! n_n Now this is gonna be an interesting year. There's the presidential elections, and I'm going into high school this fall, and at the very end of it all I'll turn fifteen. Wow. I've been away for three days (anyone notice) up in Vermont, with Noodles. We were doing our yearly trip up there to celebrate the new year. There were incredibly cool fireworks and a torch parade, and then we stayed up until midnight and counted down to the new year. It was a blast. :3 My resolution? To be more open and conversational with people I don't necessarily know too well. Maybe I'll make more friends. ^^ |

My New Year's (is there an apostrophe there?) resolution? Mine is a really good one *nods*: to put the right side of the toothbrush in my mouth; yeup...[/that'snotmine] My '08 started rather well this morning. I beat one of my new games BD...and if that's how this year is gonna go, well, I'd hate to be the one I call Charlie... Fireworks? I went to the fireworks once. You cannot drive there. It's a HORRIBLE experience. Bugs, it's dark, bugs, the walk is tiresome (being late at night), bugs, I can hear and see the fireworks from my bedroom, bugs, bugs, and, uh...bugs, yeah. The bugs were bad. I did not have any hors d'oeuvres this year, though ;_;... |
