If you can code CSS, I would really like your Help, I have an AC Site, called Animal Crossing Town, I want to get a Summer Themed Skin, like the Summer Skin here:

If you could make it, I will add you to the Hall of Fame on ACT, and I will add you to the Skin Copyright Bar, so don't add a Copyright Bar to the Skin, as I have one at the bottom of my site here:

I'd reprimand you for triple-posting... but you are being ignored unrightfully, I suppose, so I'll let it slide.
Anyway, I'm sorry, but my knowledge of CSS and designing skins is zippity. xD But, uh... should you get no further help in this matter, might I suggest making a basic skin yourself and then asking for crits?
