She has an expressive face and bright blue eyes. Her hair is brown and straight, with natural highlights of blond. She sometimes wear light pink glasses to render an intelligent look. Her favorite attire is something like a elegant black fur jacket that is cut open at the top, covered with netting. She has netting for stockings too and she wears pretty black gloves. Jasmine's agility, speed, and overall reflexes are also extraordinary; in numerous occasions, she has shown being able to outpredict high-speed attacks that would normally be impossible for a normal Pokemon to perceive and evade. She only like cute or cool Pokemon and she wants to show the world what are they capable of. Despite her overall "angelic" atmosphere, she has a cruel, sadistic personality and enjoys seeing others suffer hardships and anguish. In spite of the fact that she holds great power as a trainer, she always flee from many encounters. She tries to be very casual and friendly with her opponent. Jasmine is a kind of trainer who is normal-themed and emotionally reserved, never showing exaggerated outbursts of emotion. While this can come across as her being unexpressive, her reactions are usually just realistic and only seem mild. Jasmine also seems to be quite emotionless at times, even towards her relatives, often speaking out ominous words about them. She is also revealed as being very unmerciful during combat even if her opponents cry for forgiveness. She is not afraid to use violence as a solution to a problem or for defense. Up until now, Jasmine didn't seemed to care about it and she claims that she is not eager to avenge them, as she believes that "the weak must perish and the strong shall survive".
