I find the locations in the games really interesting to look at and explore, and I
love looking around the towns and cities. I really like discovering the prettiness and
cool aspects of new places. So how about you? What are your favourite cities or towns in each region? In Kanto, my favourite cities are Fuchsia City and Cinnabar Island. I love how Fuchsia's got all of those gates that you have to weave your way around to reach different parts of the zoo there. And the zoo itself is way cool. x3 When I first saw it in Yellow, it made me want to get a Lapras. And Cinnabar Island is really pretty and is in an interesting location. I like the colour of the buildings and the fact that it has two pretty unusual buildings; the lab and the mansion. Johto's such a lovely region that it's difficult to narrow it down to even two favourites. >.< Not that you should feel that you have to do that, by the way. x3 But anyway; I guess I like Goldenrod City and Ecruteak City the most, but rest assured that was a difficult decision. Goldenrod is really big, it has pretty houses, and intriguing features like the underground, a warehouse thing, a big store, a radio tower and a lady that has loads of plants in her house. Plus the radio tower looks beautiful when it's lit up at night, and the water beside it with the little sections of land looks wonderful too. :3 Ecruteak City has a lot of interesting buildings, and I like the city's scenery. I also like its association with some of the legendaries. I'm such an explorer. >.> Hoenn is admittedly not my favourite region in many aspects, but the towns are pretty nice. My favourite is somewhat undoubtedly Lavaridge Town. Although I like Lilycove City for its size, neat buildings and cool things in it, and Fortree City for its unique houses, I adore Lavaridge Town's hot springs, I find the the fact that it's near a volcano cool, and I like its layout and scenery. There are no ties in this region for me. ^^ Hmhm... and that leaves Sinnoh. (I'm not putting anything about Orre; I've never played Colosseum.) Eeh, there are so many towns in this region that I like a lot, but I'm just going to go ahead and say that I think Celestic Town is my very favourite. I'm not even completely sure why, but I love it. Maybe it's the unusual layout and the pretty setting. I also really like Canalave City, Eterna City, Jubilife City, Sunyshore City, Snowpoint City and Solaceon Town. Uhhuh. |

Here's my favorite cities in each region: Kanto None at the moment.... No Kanto cities have made it to my Top 4 Pokeverse Cities/Towns... Sorry Kanto. Johto 1.) Olivine City (The Port Closest to Foreign Lands)- it's because it's the home of Jasmine, the Steel-Clad Defense Girl! The town is very beautiful especially at daylight because it's located near the sea. I miss this place.... 2.) Goldenrod City (The Festive City of Opulent Charm)- because it's very populous (yes, I love Goldenrod because of that!) and also because of the memories I have in Goldenrod while playing my Silver Version game. I love Goldenrod's view especially in daylight (opposition, please close your mouths!) and because a Magnet Train station is located here. Hoenn 1.) Littleroot Town (A Town That Can't Be Shaded Any Hue)- because I found this place peaceful, and because this is the location of the protagonist's house (uggh... lame reason). Maybe because the protagonist's mom lives here or because I found this place somehow quite beautiful and serene, but the real reason is because Chikorita can be found here (everyone knows how, especially in Emerald). Sinnoh 1.) Snowpoint City (City of Snow)- because it has a snow-ish feel... Yes, I love snow and winter. And many others..... But you know, in reality, I love almost all the cities and towns in the Pokemon world. Yes, I love them all, I chose the four cities above randomly because they are beautiful. Yes, beautiful. I find them very beautiful (hands down, opposition!). |

\o/ It's been so long since I have played Pokemon but my favourite city in the Hoenn region was Lilycove and in Sinnoh, it was Hearthome and Floaroma Town. XD ~mao... |
