Silverwolf's Forge 5.0 Released

Version 5 of Silverwolf's Forge has been released. The Forge is a collection of various armours, clothes and weapons Silverwolf has made for use in Mount&Blade. It is a resource pack modders can use in their mods, without having to make their own. You can check out what goodies await you here.

Welcome to the second issue of the Exilian Newsletter! September brings more news to the table, more mods released, and a new staff member. So, let's get under way.

Rome: Total War News

Firstly, a long standing member of Exilian, comrade_general, has made RTW Despot by popular demand. He is responsible for administrating the RTW section of the site, attracting new mods etc. Feel free to congratulate him here:

Along with great power comes great work, and CG also released a mini-mod for RTW called Pyrrhic Victory. The mod adds the faction of Epirus to the game and merges the Romans into one faction. The mod adds an interesting faction to the game, and is well worth trying out:

A well known mod, Amazon: Total War has just had a new release. This mod adds various factions to the game based on Amazon myth, and makes many changes to the other factions and dynamics of the game. Growing from a small faction mod, ATW has now become a fully fledged Total Conversion mod in its own right, and you can check out the latest version here:

Mount&Blade News

A new mod has come to Exilian, under the name Europe 1080. Already its developer, Dimos, has a release under his belt, version 0.1. Europe 1080 covers medieval Europe from 1080 onwards. Featuring a brand new map, new units, and 15 new factions, this mod is an interesting addition to the many mods available for Mount&Blade. You can check it out here:

The second annual Exilian Games are under way! The Exilian Games are a series of competitions where players compete against each other on different games, and they are often in teams, one from each fan forum dedicated to the game the competition is based on. Last year's games were a great success, but this year, we need more players to make the games possible.
