READ THESE RULES BEFORE POSTING. Welcome to the Club Penguin and Neopets Forums! Before you post or do anything, please read these rules. 1. No spamming. SPAM stands for Short Pointless Annoying Messages. Spamming is posting things not related to the pertaining topic. 2. No posting just to raise your post count level. If you're like, "WHY ARENT ME POSTS GOIN UPP?" we'll lower your post count by up to 50%. 3. Do not ask for passwords, real names, phone numbers, addresses, other personal information. We want to keep these forums safe. 4. Do not post links to illegal/bad websites. An illegal or bad website is... -Containing pornography -Containing illegal music downloads -Containing a hacking program -Containg excessive cheating on a site -Containg an illegal download -Containing a Trojan Horse ...and anything else that you are not sure of, DO NOT POST. 5. Please do not ask to become a moderator or administrator. If you do you are simply lowering your chances to become one. The board administrator is the only one who can add new moderators or administrators and will look for good behaving, helpful, and active posters. 6. Last but not least, all of you should know this: no foul language. Simple as that, no explanation needed. Consequences If you ignore any of the above rules, the following are consequences that will be given. Depending on the seriousness of the offense, an administrator can do any of the following: An infraction. An infraction appears under your avatar. It can be any of the following: Rule Violator Double Rule Violator Bad Poster On my way out If you recieve an infraction you will not be suspended but the infraction will stay under your avatar for up to ten days. Suspension If the offense is serious enough, an administrator can administer a suspension. Suspensions keep you from the forums for am amount of time determined by the administrator. Permenant Ban We really don't want to do this, but anyone that breaks any of the rules four to seven times will be permenantly banned from the forums.
