You obviously haven't seen any of Williams' recent movies, lol. He actually has a solid serious side to him and I think he could pull off that "looking down on you" glare that Gendo has. As to the Asian actresses I doubt they will have Asian actresses play Misato or Rei. I really hope Emma Watson doesn't play Asuka, she just doesn't have the attitude for it, that and she'd have to changer her english accent to German.
