Well it looks like Susan Sarandon and John Goodman might be playing the part of Speed Racer’s parents in the upcoming live action Speed Racer movie. The Associated Content has reported that they are currently in negotiations with the actors to play the part of Speed’s mother and father in the upcoming film.
Also it looks like Andy and Larry Wachowski are currently looking for actors to play the parts of Speed’s girlfriend, Trixe, and Racer X. What really sticks out here is that it was previously reported that Vince Vaughn was going to be playing the part of Racer X but now it looks like the Wachowski bothers are looking for a new actor to play the part.
