You should do a podcast weekly, and make it so people can subscribe to it for like $1.99 a week...Make a Yearly Subcription for like $15.99 The money could be used for the forum.

Yeah do that and say it can be found in a part of the forum that only member's with a post of like 100 a month can open!
but you can't do that with iTunes, and iTunes is the best way to distribute and receive podcasts.
You can sell your stuff over iTune's and anyone who dosnt pay for it can get it free, here, for 100 post's.
