Actually, LeBeouf as Matsuda does sound kind of intriguing, I wouldn't mind that. But redoing the entire movie as a whole, in my opinion, just doesn't make any sense. The film got a great response here it seemed. Why couldn't they just give it a fuller release and call it at that. I can't see an Americanized version of the movie doing the series any justice.
