I pretty much agree with you there. Death Note “is” a japanese movie, I can't really see it as a remake of a U.S film. Unless....:


-Changing the names

-Take out couple characters.

-Give it some “Ehhh & Ahhh” actors/actress.

-Give the movie some time to make it *cough* 5 years *cough* .

-Change the story a little...


-Changing some of the characters personally.

-No of this and no of that.

-etc ( to f*** around with the movie)
