It's interesting, to say the least. It looks like they've made it a little more "alien" in appearance than just a giant monkey. Could use some hair, though. Hopefully this is either incomplete and still in need of touchups or CGI, or this is only mid-transformation like some have suggested.
But when you get over the initial shock of seeing it, they've gotten a few things commendably "right." The pointy, swept-back ears, the red eyes, the shape of what will hopefully be the hair, the fangs, the extended snout...
