It looks cool for a design in itself. But it's a horrible design for the Oozaru transformation, if indeed this is it.
Although the change in design could be a part of a change in the way Goku transforms as a whole. If this is what they're going with I just hope they don't actually ever call it an Oozaru. That wouldn't make sense.
