Probably not true. Most likely his casting call for all those girls was in preparation for his new series "Doll House". I did get a kick out of some of the talkbackers though. "He would never work with Fox again!" Funny, his new show is on Fox as we speak. "Toei would never let go of such an important franchise as Sailor Moon!" They signed off on Dragonball, why not SM as well? That comment was plain stupid. Besides, the original manga-ka would be assigning the rights, not Toei.
The only anime that he has ever had plans to do was Samurai Girl: Real Bout High School and that one is still in the pre-pre-production stage. In other words, in about five years or so and only if nothing else comes up in the mean time kinda thingy.
