Get Stephen Chow to direct it and have the chreography from The Forbidden Kingdom...
I just think Stephen Chow should just take the balls and make a Dragonball movie, he's just perfect for it, just watch Kung Fu Hustle and you'll think if he can bring that same production in a Dragonball movie it will be awesome. It has comedy, great fights, and nice cinematography. Have the same production company who worked on Star Wars combined with LOTR's,
basically, everybody minus Fox could work....
