ohh god help us here comes the whole race thing again.
while dragonball characters' ethnicity is quite uncertain, for DN i think that's not the case.

on the other hand, Light is, as a matter of fact, Japanese.


so, unless this is an americanization / transposition (a la romeo+juliet, ya know?) i'd personally want actors with the proper ethnicity.
