I'm not talking about just the admins. I'm talking about all the members, veteran and new. Most have been a part of this forum for a long time. I hear people occasionally talk about this place being in a slump. And it is! So what are we going to do about it? Are there any suggestions from anyone on how to improve things around here? Things that maybe you as a member would actually be willing to act upon, and not just talk about. Creating new threads and posting in various parts of the forum is all well and good to make it look like there is more activity, but it doesn't actually bring new activity. For me, I actively try to find news to keep the homepage updated. I always put links to the forum at the bottom of the posts. That's become my main focus on trying to draw attention in. Also creating those Hitler DBE videos on youtube, with links in the subtitles to this website. With hundreds of thousands of views I'm sure it's brought some people in. But it doesn't seem to be enough. I think if we really want this forum to grow we're all going to have to get out there and get our hands a little dirty. And by get out there, really you don't have to leave your seat. Just find places on the internet that you frequent. Just help promote the forum places. Let's get this place hoppin! |
