do this:

[flash=400,300] (youtube url).swf[/flash]

now when you put the youtube url type it like this example

normal:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUH8rwrVtxA
correct way: http://www.youtube.com/v/TUH8rwrVtxA

notice I rid the (watch) and the (=) replacing the (=) with an (/)

and that should work :D
