Assassin's Creed Bioshock Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Counter Strike: Source Crysis Dawn Of War; Winter Assault/Dark Crusade/Soulstorm Medieval II: Total War; Kingdoms Oblivion Supreme Commander; Forged Alliance Unreal Tournament III And the Orange Box should arrive either tommorow or the day after. So yeah, I skimped on stuff like monitors, keyboards, mouse, etc. All those little extra gubbings you don't really need. For the important stuff... Processor: Intel Q6600 Quad Core (so that's 2x 2.40GHZ and 2x 2.66GHZ) Memory: 4GB DDR2 Video: NVidia GeForce 8800 GT SLI (so that's two of them) I also spent a fair bit on PSU and cooling, though I can't remember exactly what it was I got... Worth investing in, though. If you don't want your expensive shiny toy to go bang, at least...

The majority of games coming out for PC are either MMORPG, FPS, or inane pointless dungeon crawlers, all of which I just don't have a taste for. I miss the days of GOOD RTS games. I eagerly await Starcraft 2 in December, but for now have occupied myself with my newly aquired "Command & Conquer: The First Decade" box. So much nostalgic fun.

But the RTS is still kicking pretty strong. Dawn Of War, Supreme Commander, I heard Universe At War is meant to be alright. And there's the new C&C, though I'm not such a fan.
