Because then Bleach just might have become the series i was hoping it would...

The funny thing about this is that it has been a huge inside joke over at Naruto Forums for over a year now that Yammy was actually the strongest Espada. They even made this hilarious fan comic about it. I swear Kubo Tite is lurking that forum because they would make these ridicules theories and jokes in the Bleach manga section and next thing you know, the new chapter includes something from what everyone was joking about. This is hilarious.

If your assumption is true then i wanna join lol, Ive always thought Tite visits the various Bleach forums and reads the crazy theories on them because more and more those theroies have been coming true. For Example a member on one of those forums predicted Ulquiorra's release was going to be associated with some kind of Bat Demon creature and that was a year ago and look it came true. The thing you mentioned about Ulquiorra wasn't similar to the Yammy insident. The person pointed out several reasons to why she suspected Ulquiorra to have a bat related release and eventually made a drawing of it. So it's rather she were good at reading Kubo's mind rather than Kubo stealing Ideas. What I really would like to see again was a post i saw at either Clubbleach or Bleachforums, a person as far as I recall made a thread stating the number order of the Espada way before we even knew half the numbers. If i recall right same person predicted Grimm's release to be a panther and wrote his last name the first time... That just seemed like to much inside information being true for something posted like 2�-3 years ago...
