I Don't Love You I'm Just Passing The Time Posts: 6,803 Group: Global Moderator Member #4 Joined: April 9, 2006	ds lite white. but due to the tendency for ds lites to crack slightly at the hinge (one person i know even had the crack get too large) I have added some weird option now. so if oyuve been cracked too, add it in

Forum Cynic Posts: 2,447 Group: Admin Member #7 Joined: April 9, 2006	I've still got my old phat-boy. Would have traded it in for a lite, but the serial got rubbed off the back. If I do get a lite, I'll probably give my phat DS to Rider. I did put a metroid hunters skin on it though.

Since there is no difference between the two (except size and backlight is a bit stronger on the lite) I see no reason for me to shell out $100 for a lite when my current DS works just fine. If I could trade my old one in, I would do it, but no goods on that.

Then while i was in alaska last year i bought the DS lite for my sister, month later she opened it and let our cousin hold it and what happened? she dropped it on a tile floor...Didnt think much of it since i had dropped mine numerous times in parking lots, bathroom, off the bunkbed and it was still kicking. well her screen split down the middle. So...about 4 months ago i bought a new DS from wal-mart for myself, but i had an awful wonderful idea! i Switched the serial numbers and returned the broken one! haha and it worked! :lol: I dont recomend that to anyone...im a bad boy. But yeh now Even that DS lite has a crack in it...And The Silver one? my brother dropped it into the sink as he washed his hands...2 days later he was playing it again! IT WONT DIE! :wacko:
