So I heard a rumor last night about Playstation wanting to make a SSB type game based off of famous PS characters. If they ever made one, who would you want in it? I could imagine characters like Crash Bandicoot, Laura Croft, and Cloud Strife being in. I'd love to see Tony Hawk too, I wonder how they could pull that off. |

Ah hahahah! Copiers. Seriously though, how many PS exclusive characters are there anymore that aren't generics? Maybe the Knight from Medievil. I mean Tony Hawk, GTA characters, those are all multiplat, Snake was already done in SSBB. Maybe Dante from DMC. |

well not even dante. hes crossed over aswell. it would be sony titles, not third parties, so that means things like Primal (that girl that transforms into demons), god of war (kratos), and........ iono, the soldier blokes from SOCOM |

Well, they did something like it with Ergeiz back on the PS1, but it was really different, and not much publicity. It was pretty fun, but it was an RPG party game fusion which didn't sit well with FF fans. |

A Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts styled version with all the major characters in it. It would be fairly amazing. I'd buy it. |

atc named a few, though there aren't many there that are as recognizable as Mario, DK, Link or the like. And I agree KK, but don't count on it. Plus FF is multiplat, so is KH if you count Chain of Memories. |

The franchises, yes, but the individual games are a different story. Characters like Cloud, Sephiroth, Zidane and Auron are all PS exclusive. |

... Now I need a PSP... :animesweat: I don't think that Sony carry enough weight with unique and well known characters to pull off a game on the same level as Smash Bros. Even so, I would encourage any effort to make a Brawl-like game. Could be fun. |

Well Capcom tried something like this with the Onimusha series and it was ok. I think it could work, but, only if one thing happens...You can use the Gamecube controller. hah |
