Naruto and Shion form a Rasengan above Naruto's head. Is this Fuuton Rasengan? I mean. I don't think he's learned it yet. If the movie is Non-Canon. [/Spoilers]

The rest of the film was fairly lack-lustre and "meh". The roles of Sakura, Neji and Lee were annoying, (Sakura in particular, who seemed to regress back into her role in the original Naruto) and uninspired. The animation was good for the most part, but the storyline was bland and the film's direction was never really engaging enough.

Woo. And also while I sounded harsh in the review, everything I said was true. They didn't do it all that well...
