He was good all along. The reason he HAD to kill off the Uchiha clan was because it was a direct order from the old farts in charge. Because the Uchihas were planning on a rebellion. All Itachi wanted was peace and he was chosen as a spy, against his own clan. He kept Sasuke alive for a number of reasons imo, mainly because he was very young, innocent, and did not deserve to get mixed up in the whole mess his family was involved in. So unless Madara is just f*cking with Sasuke's head, Itachi was really a good man forced with the most difficult decision possible and a heavy burden.

Thus he still could have been in a Ninja with Team 7. I always had this theory that someone did order something around. So Itachi killed his family on that order. I thought it was some how intertwinted with Orochimaru. I was wrong on that point.

After all, he told Sasuke to hate. He probably didn't expect Sasuke to befriend Naruto. (Why should he? Sasuke didn't expect it either.)

They said he did it under orders and naruto's father was involved along with Akutski. The final battle will be sasuke against Madara and Naruto against Pain. whom i think is really naruto's father. Naruto will win with the help of his mother who is also in Akutski. Kakashi might die in an effort to save Gai. This kinda makes sence like in his Gaiden when his friends got killed. He doesnt want to make the same mistake. Since Jairaiya sunk to the bottom of the lake and send that message to Tsunade about Pain's identity. Though i cant remember reading on anything about Orochimaru, last in the manga he was alive in Kabuto. Alll that was stuff i read on that forum about 1yr and half back. So far the itachi part seems for the most part true. I wonder if Jairaiya is really dead, i'd sure like to see him before or during the final battle. man soo many deception in this manga.....
