Autobot Posts: 965 Group: Members Member #1,079 Joined: October 16, 2007	We all know.. We originally come from Apes and stuff. Got me thinking. Is the Saiya-jin race just Humans half evolved? Meaning.. They got tails and there aggressive nature. It would make sense right? Because Apes and Gorillas are naturally aggressive. Like The Saiyan race. It was just a thought.

Unlike monkey's, they have intelligence and unlike humans, they are super f*cking strong. That and they transform into giant monsters on a full moon. They are their own species. The ONLY aspect that links them to humans and/or monkeys is appearance and speech. Unless this is a whole 'nother type of evolution that doesn't match "earth evolution."

Seeing as how this topic is pretty much about the evolution of Saiyans using the theory of supposed human evolution as a correlatable example, it's not off-topic to discuss evolution. Just don't be contentious about it. Whether you believe it or not, just pretend it's real for the sake of the topic, just like you're presupposing the existence of Saiyans for the purpose of argument. It's a what-if scenario.

Like The Saiyan race. It was just a thought. Actually, if anything, Saiyan's are more evolved than humans. All humans have Chi or Ki energy and we do have an aura that surrounds the body. It's been photographed. That's were the similarity ends though. Saiyans can manipulate their Ki far beyond what a real human can do and they can manifest their aura so it can be seen by the naked eye. They also live to be 150 or so years old, can read minds, they can sense the energy levels of others and can take physical trauma far beyond human levels. When they are injured and heal, they become stronger than they were before the injuries; humans may heal, but they are always weaker as the result of the injuries. They also have a tremendous will to survive. Saiyan blood is always dominant in the children, so no matter how many generations away you go from Goku or Vegeta, the offspring will always be Saiyan. The only trait not passed apparently is the hair. The children will always need to get their hair cut whereas full blood Saiyans hair doesn't grow. (On their heads, not their faces.) There were only 4 earthlings in the series that could do what Goku did on a very basic level, but as he reached other levels and transformed to Super Saiyan and beyond, the humans backed away one by one as they realized they could never keep up with the Saiyans on many levels.

To me it almost seems like Saiyans de-evolve the higher up the Super Saiyan levels they go. Its like they get closer to their ape-like roots the higher they go and they lose some of their humanity for each level they go up, becoming more animal like in nature. Just my opinion.
