Considering this is simply a market ploy to blow their stock of 80GB units (since they are being discontinued) you would think they'd at least give you some kind of price break. They are basically saying "We'll sell you this unit which will be obsolete in 2 months for the same price we've been selling it for since day one.....but you get a game!"

They didn't think of creative ways to make the new console any more interesting and instead just thought of creative ways to force people to buy their uninteresting console. That's where Sony's creativity went with the PS3: the marketing department.
